Faxi Motor’s encoder connections should be like that :

You need to select “SC.SC.2048” Adrive’s Encoder Parameter to proper the FAXI motor.
Connector’s Names which are:

Lirpomp (+) input…2001,Lirpomp (-) input…810 ( 190 volt ) ;
Signal circuits supply…100 (24 volt);
Signal Circuit GND(-)…1000 (24 Volt) ;

are meaning like that.
For gearless machine, Auto-Tunning should be steadyingly and car weight, counterweight should be same. After select the parameter of Auto-Tunning at Adrive, you need to take the car revision mode and hold your finger up or down button at the mode. You can take your hand from the button when the progress is completed.
For geared motor, select the parameter of Auto-Tunning at Adrive, you need to take the car revision mode and hold your finger up or down button at the mode. You can take your hand from the button when the progress is completed.
If it is not succes, you need to select 08 error code.
For microlift’s cards, you need to push “Enter” button and when you see “Revision” on LCD screen you need to push down button to door learning.
For Arkel’s cards, you can push right button.
You need to set again parameter of circumference of the wheel according to lenght of the door when the microlift card detected pressure.
You can apply same procedure for Arkel’s door cards.
There are “HRB1” and “HRB2“ connectors to seperated supply of overspeed governor. The voltage is generally 190V DC.
After connecting motor’s supply which are called “U,V,W”,you need to connect brake microswitches.They should be NC contacts.Also NC contact’s should be serial connections.
You can do it from mainboard or Car tape.
First of all, to be sure that there is last updated version in Arcode. If it is not updated, please update the system with using AREM.
Secondly, start the floor tape learning on AREM.
Check the grid voltage. Check the Kp and KAKU contactors. And also connection between L1 and L3 on these contactors.
Check the battery connection and voltage.
Check the parameters of voltages and current gains. They should be standard.
Increase the contactor’s delays.
If there are some interruptions, the contactor’s will be drop suddenly. So that’s why you take IPM error.Please check the door,machine room and shaft’s safety circuits.
Check the parameters of Adrive. Please set the parameters to standard.
Encoder should count pals clearly. There should be no parasite. Check the encoder cable. Change the encoder,if it is neccessary.
You can do shaft learning from mainboard or AREM hand terminal.
Set the programmable input to Revision Reset. And give “100” signal for one times.
Select the parameters of Mechanical brake following from mainboard. And Normally Close contact should be connected to your A3 following system. Check the brake to sure that brake is fully opening or not. Check the supply of brake voltage.
