The right to life is the most fundamental right that allows all other rights to be exercised and must be secured at the first instance. The right to life means that the integrity of man’s body and soul is protected, and that there is a guarantee that he will not give a damnation to them. In this sense, everyone’s right to life should be guaranteed at the highest level regardless of age, gender, race and occupation

These are: • Physical harmony, the ability of the individual to be physiologically normal, resistant to infection, resistant to physical difficulties or the physical environment, • Emotional harmony, emotional normality of the individual, ability to resist emotional changes, to overcome emotional difficulties, • Mental harmony can be expressed in the way that the individual is mentally normal, functions well, conforms to the majority of the behaviors of the environment, changes in his behavior over time, • Social harmony is accepted and adopted by the vast majority of the circles in which the individual’s behavior is. Preventive health services are reflected in the health of workers in the form of prevention of occupational diseases and occupational accidents and regulation of workplace environmental conditions

In this sense, occupational health is mainly characterized by industrialization and increasingly a growing health system. The system aims to prevent work accidents, injuries and diseases. Work health; It can also be defined as an activity directed by health personnel aiming to support the health of employees, the organization of work and the working environment, and to support the active participation of employees in individual development and health-related initiatives. In other words, occupational health is in the nature of work in order to ensure that the workers are in good physical, spiritual and social terms, in order to aim at work accidents and occupational diseases, and in general to work the health of the workers in safe environments and safe conditions

For example, in Belgium, Germany, Morocco and Sweden, workers have occupational health representatives. In France, Mexico, Spain and the Czech Republic, occupational health and safety committees are tasked with improving working conditions. Occupational health and safety committees have been set up in Canada, the Netherlands and Norway with the supervision of health conditions

Occupational health is not only about preventing occupational harm, but it also means that people with a different and more advanced goal have better health capacity, and that there is harmony between man and work. In fact, it can be said that the developed countries went beyond this aim. This has brought issues such as work satisfaction to the employee and a superior standard of living

These are the socio-economic and cultural level of the society, the extent and nature of the health services that are gathered, and the health of the workers. • These are multi-causal diseases and health problems. The occurrence and development of diseases can occur in the workplace or outside the workplace. The nature of work done and workplace environment, working conditions can facilitate the occurrence of these diseases and may aggravate the course. • This group of health problems arise directly from the working life and caused directly by the business and workplace environment. These are occupational accidents and occupational diseases. The most basic feature of these diseases and health problems is that they can be completely prevented by the application of necessary and sufficient measures. On the other hand, occupational health is a separate medical field. Although the health of the community is a whole, there are separate reasons for occupational health and reasons for having a separate medical field. In medicine, some health problems are handled separately in terms of education and practice. People in certain age groups or in some occupation have special health problems. The examination of these problems also requires a separate area of ​​expertise for the individuals in the working life. As a matter of fact, occupational health concerns the health problems of employees. Workers form a separate risk group depending on the conditions of their working life. Both the observations and the investigations have determined that the employees have their own health problems.
